The firm's software, superMate, was launched in October last year as the next generation of its flagship product, SuperVisor II. The majority of SuperVisor II users have switched to superMate in less than a day.
The superMate software allows users to increase productivity and enhance client value, while lowering the need for highly skilled staff.
Kurt Groeneveld, chief executive at Supercorp, said the firm spent a lot of time planning the conversion from SuperVisor II to superMate and the actual process only took three to four hours.
Anne Wee, from accountancy Taxacc, said the new service has streamlined how she operates.
"Before superMate, I was using a ledger system to process superannuation, using massive excel spreadsheets and entering data manually," she said.
"SuperMate has enabled me to save an enormous amount of time and this gives Taxacc a real advantage in the marketplace."
